Other holiday photos...

Okay, after looking back at some of the other Christmas pictures, I do look pretty tired.
But I'd like to submit more evidence that will hopefully exonerate me...

Let me explain!

Okay, so again, apologies to those of you who didn't receive our 'official' Christmas card. We claim the sanctuary of new parenting and the chaos that comes with it.

Also, contrary to popular misconception, the way that I look in this picture was only partly because I was tired and worn out from having a newborn.

The real reason I look the way that I do is that this was actually picture number 38 or 39 out of 40ish that we took specifically for this card. I've never been one to want to pose for pictures, and after many duplicates of various poses were taken (mostly because Cooper wasn't aimed in the right direction) I just didn't feel like smiling anymore.

Having a camera that didn't take good pictures (and was also the cause of my displeasure) wasn't helping my attitude. We've gotten a new one recently, so some of the older pictures on here won't be as good as the newer ones...

Anyway, in the true spirit of the holidays, Cooper managed to take some pictures and look like a sleeping angel, Tobi looks like the perfect mother/wife, and I managed to look pretty beat down.

Oh well, there's always next year....

Cooper's Announcement

So, for those of you that were inexplicably left off the 'mail this to' list, here is Cooper's official announcement. This is a combination of the 'pro' pictures that were taken of Cooper in the hospital when he was days old, and pictures that were taken in the first few weeks at home.

This is why we're here...

Under increasing pressure from people across the land, we've started this blog so that the masses can share in the wonder that is Cooper.

This picture was just a test of the 'phone picture email post' feature. We have a backlog that we'll shrink, upload and display for your viewing enjoyment.
