The Volunteer State, Pt.1

We took a trip in September to TN to visit with Don (Pops) and Cathy (CeCe). We had a great time with them and their herd of animals! Cooper had a great time, and as usual was a great traveler (except for a few of the landings on the way home - he didn't want to sit down in the seat!)

First night there, helping Pops (or as it was soon to change: Pop Pop) clean up after dinner.

More cleaning.

After the cleaning was done, time to raid the tupperware cabinet! Pops and CeCe didn't mind, so this was a frequent event!

Some tupperware moved to the coffee table. It was the perfect height for a workbench. (Also note the beautiful stonework fireplace in the background - Cooper designated this a "wall rip"; after consideration, it did look like there was a rip in the wall. We told him they would have someone come out to fix it!)

Everyone was interested in the Cooper workbench, especially Spike who was even more interested when it was snacktime.

All of the activity took it's toll on Mommy's sanity.

We drew the sidewalk and driveway with chalk.

Even Pops got involved in his own special way!

Visiting with Greta in between drawing.
