The Volunteer State, Pt.3

More relaxing time with CeCe.

Belly talk.

More visiting with Greta.

What else makes Pops and CeCe's house so fun? STICKERS!

Hmm. Sticker on my hand. Where else should a sticker go?

The nose of course.

As if stickers weren't fun enough, we also got to play with BUBBLES!

EXCITING BUBBLES!!!

Cooper thoughtfully reviewing the safety information on the way home.

Coop and Dad looking out the window together.
(Note to self, after applying Rogaine to bald spot, trim neck hair.)

The Volunteer State, Pt.2

Dancin' on the deck!

Helping water plants.

Helping water plants with a real plant watering can!

More driveway drawing.

Time for some basketball! (And some Rogaine for Daddy!)

Cooper is a little scared of his own power still. Had to close eyes when dunking!

Don't worry, Pops had lowered the hoop for Daddy. I'm not balancing on the top of a ladder to do this!

Takin' it easy with CeCe.

One of Cooper's favorite times of the day! Time for bones for the dogs! Here he helps Pops give a bone to Pearl, who is notoriously skittish. She did great with Cooper, and by the end of the trip was very comfortable with all of us. What a sweet girl!

More hugs for CeCe!

The Volunteer State, Pt.1

We took a trip in September to TN to visit with Don (Pops) and Cathy (CeCe). We had a great time with them and their herd of animals! Cooper had a great time, and as usual was a great traveler (except for a few of the landings on the way home - he didn't want to sit down in the seat!)

First night there, helping Pops (or as it was soon to change: Pop Pop) clean up after dinner.

More cleaning.

After the cleaning was done, time to raid the tupperware cabinet! Pops and CeCe didn't mind, so this was a frequent event!

Some tupperware moved to the coffee table. It was the perfect height for a workbench. (Also note the beautiful stonework fireplace in the background - Cooper designated this a "wall rip"; after consideration, it did look like there was a rip in the wall. We told him they would have someone come out to fix it!)

Everyone was interested in the Cooper workbench, especially Spike who was even more interested when it was snacktime.

All of the activity took it's toll on Mommy's sanity.

We drew the sidewalk and driveway with chalk.

Even Pops got involved in his own special way!

Visiting with Greta in between drawing.

time to start catching up! (a.k.a. "Picture Bombing")

These are from awhile back.... Sept?

This one just looks like Cooper is headed for NASCAR. (Which sucks, 'cause it's not even a sport.)

But at least if he does race, he knows about fire retardant gear.

37 weeks...looking like a torpedo!

Wow...it looks so crazy big and football like! These were taken at 37 weeks...some fun Sunday Steelers shots, and Monday before work. The front shot above doesn't look that big, but MAN from the side how huge it becomes! I'm now at 38 weeks today, and am 50% effaced, 3cm dialated, and 0 station...baby should be here in next week they think! We can't wait to meet you, baby!
